Anxious Hearts: Daphne and Zander

Can two lost souls find a way to be together? Will they see love isn’t something only a few people have, but something they can attain as well?
Daphne Waterman is a happy-go-lucky interior designer by day, but has a secret. Hiding her condition from everyone around her, she struggles with her emotions and thoughts alone, until one of her one night stands turns out to be in the wedding of her best friend, Francesca Taymon.
Zander McKinney came into a lot of money recently. As his life is turned upside down, he struggles to make the changes to live the life he wants instead of the one everyone wants for him. When a raven haired beauty slips into his bed and steals his heart, he knows he’ll never be the same.
Will he be able to break through her walls and make her see love isn’t an illusion? Can he tame her anxious heart?

My Review of Anxious Hearts
5 Well-Deserved Stars!!

When this author puts out a new book I don’t have to know anything about it to know I’m going to buy it. I’ve read every book she’s published and have never found one to be less than worthy of 5 stars and then some. The characters go through real issues and they are decent people with flaws. On average I read a book a week and that’s fast if I can finish in a week. I finished this book in less than a day because every free second was spent picking up my Kindle to read more! One of the characters in this book suffers from depression. As someone who has suffered with depression I felt that the feelings and thoughts were perfectly captured! At times it felt like I could even be reading a journal I had written myself. The insecurities, the low self-worth, the doubts, the loneliness, all perfectly put into words. This is not your typical fall in love too quick romance, this is a well thought out dose of reality. I love Zander, I’ve loved him since he was introduced in Mangled Hearts and was so excited to get to read a book with him as the main character. We get to see Cade and Francesca once again, which is awesome because I’ve missed reading about them! To make a long story short…YOU SHOULD READ THIS BOOK
